I can no longer attend an event, can I get a refund?
-Tickets sold through the Venables Theatre box office are non-refundable.
-Some events with multiple showing will allow for an exchange, please contact the box office at 250-498-1626 to inquire.
-If an event is sold out we may have a waiting list and be able to facilitate a re-sale - please call the box office to inquire at 250-498-1626
What if I lose my tickets?
-Please contact the box office at 250-498-1626 and we can print a replacement ticket for you.
