Mind Space - Skills for Well Being
https://mind-space.ca/

Explore Mind Space, discover skills for wellbeing.
Are you struggling with low mood, anxiety, insomnia, or ADHD and wondering how to better support yourself? Or are you a caregiver who wants to discover ways to better support your young child’s emotional growth?

Mind Space is here to support you and your learning. Formerly known as the CBT Skills Groups Society, we are a non-profit organization offering MSP-funded mental health programs led by family doctors and psychiatrists. Our programs are designed to help adults manage mild-to-moderate anxiety, depression, stress, insomnia, and ADHD. We also provide support for parents navigating the complexities of caring for children aged 0-6.

Mind Space aims to help individuals build skills for wellbeing, manage their mental health, and connect with community in a supportive and safe space.

Please note - to participate you must be a BC resident. Referral from your GP is required. The facilitators are paid by MSP, and the cost to you is an initial $75 as an attendance deposit that is returned to you if you attend all the sessions, or miss only one. If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us at hello@mind-space.ca to explore options to participate in a group.
