I can no longer attend an event, can I get a refund?

• Tickets sold through the Venables Theatre box office are non-refundable.

• Some events with multiple showings will allow for an exchange, please contact the box office at 250-498-1626 to inquire. 

• If an event is sold out we may have a waiting list and may be able to facilitate a re-sale - please call the box office to inquire at 250-498-1626

What if I lose my tickets?
Please contact the box office at 250-498-1626 and we can print a replacement ticket for you. 

What happens if an event cancels?
If an event cancels we will refund your ticket. Please see our refund policy for details.
